Producer and singer-songwriter Trophie uses hyperreal imagery and futuristic instrumentation to warp and reimagine her reality.
A classically-trained musician with an impressive three-octave vocal range, Trophie melds expressive and complex melodies with hard-hitting industrial beats. Her cross-genre style is a unique form of experimental pop that sees her stand singular amongst the crowd.
Following the release of her debut album Dark City in 2022, she was selected as FBI Radio’s "Independent artist of the week” and featured on triple j’s New Music Hitlist.
Praised as an artist “with an incredible ability to merge musical worlds” (Enfnts Terribles), the past year has been huge for Trophie, with invitations to perform at DARK MOFO in Tasmania, and showcase at BIGSOUND Brisbane and SXSW Sydney.
